Amy McNulty comes to The Headstrong Project from Central Ozarks Medical Center, a Federally Qualified Non-Profit Health Center, that provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services, where she served as the Director of Human Resources for seven and a half years and oversaw all aspects of HR department operations. Prior to that she served as Manager of Human Resources for the Columbia Housing Authority in Columbia, Missouri. She brings over a decade of experience overseeing human resource functions for non-profit organizations. Prior to transitioning to the HR field she spent a decade in finance and banking where she served as a Financial Services Manager and as a Small Business Banker. Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Missouri, Columbia and her Master of Business Administration from Columbia College. She earned her HRCI-PHR and SHRM-CP in 2015.
As the daughter and granddaughter of military service members, and the wife of a former Marine, Amy understands the demands of military life and is excited to be part of an organization that cares for active and retired military service members and their families. Amy looks forward to helping her team better serve our military communities and make a greater impact every day. Amy and her husband, Bob, have two children and reside in Missouri.
