Ryan Sparks is a transformational executive and enterprise operator with decades of leadership across Fortune 100 corporations, high-growth organizations, and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Uniting technology, customer focus, disciplined execution, and human-centered leadership, he has delivered more than $1.5 billion in revenue growth, productivity gains, margin expansion, and cost reduction across JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, Lennar, and Carlisle Companies. He has turned around modernization programs, scaled global platforms, and unlocked value across cycles. His pattern is consistent: take complex, capital-intensive systems through transition and come out stronger on the other side.
That operating record rests on a foundation forged in uniform. During his military service, Ryan spent roughly 1,000 days in combat, leading Marine infantry and reconnaissance units through some of the era’s most intense battles in Afghanistan and Iraq. His decorations include the Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, two Purple Hearts, and the Leftwich Trophy.
Today, through Sparks Growth Partners, Ryan advises CEOs, boards, and investors on enterprise modernization, operating-model design, AI adoption, growth, and operational performance, connecting capital, operators, and opportunity to build enduring value.
He serves as a Board Director of The Headstrong Project, where he previously served as Treasurer and Interim CEO. He also advises Clearspeed on product strategy, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
Ryan holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, an M.S. in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas.
