Tahlia dos Santos is a U.S. Air Force and intelligence community veteran who served six years as a Chinese, Pashto, and French cryptologic language analyst, interpreter, and subject matter expert. During her military career, she supported real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations, including combat and special operations missions out of some of the world’s most volatile regions. She received the Air Force Achievement Medal for identifying a time-sensitive terrorist attack plan that nearly cost the lives of 75 Navy SEALs and other elite Special Operations Forces personnel, and was named the 2013 Airman of the Year at both the squadron and group levels.
After completing her service, Tahlia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University in New York City and began her civilian career in social impact and corporate communications at 21st Century Fox. Over the past decade, she has led high-performing teams and built mission-driven programs across nonprofits, NGOs, startups, Fortune 50 companies, and globally recognized foundations and brands—including The Walt Disney Company, United Nations Foundation, Southwest Airlines, Habitat for Humanity, and the Tampa Bay Rays.
