Robin joined The Headstrong Project team in 2021 and serves as the Director of Clinical Systems. Robin has served in the New Jersey Army National Guard since 2012 across a broad range of assignments and a combat tour. She is passionate about supporting the veteran community and is humbled to blend her mental health experience with her passion for our military and their family members.
Robin earned her bachelor’s in psychology from The College of New Jersey and her master’s in social work, specializing in clinical and administrative social work from Fordham University. Robin is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and New York and is working towards a clinical license. She has been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and is invested in expanding her knowledge to better serve those who have been impacted by trauma. Prior to joining THP, Robin has held various leadership roles and brings a diverse experience in the field of mental health services, leadership and operations. She has worked with inpatient eating disorder treatment, outpatient substance use treatment, and oversaw mental health and financial programs supporting those impacted by cancer. Through the National Guard, she was activated to work within the Joint Operations Surgeon Cell during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Robin resides in New Jersey, where in her free time she practices yoga and meditation, loves to cook, and explores local beaches and parks with her dog, Pepper.
