Renee Rudolph brings over 12 years of diverse experience to the Headstrong team, spanning business management, non-profit donor relations and fundraising, and program management within higher education. Prior to her role at The Headstrong Project, Renee excelled in supporting donor relations and stewardship, along with managing donor-supported student programs. During her tenure at the University of Colorado (CU), she orchestrated successful fundraising and student leadership events and was an elected representative of the CU System Staff Council.
Renee’s commitment to community extends beyond her professional endeavors. For six years, she served as the development co-chair and director on the board of Catamount Institute, a role in which she fostered connections between youth and the outdoors through education and adventure programs.
In addition to her proficiency in the nonprofit realm, Renee’s creative flair shines through her expertise in marketing and design. She has leveraged her skills to consult with small businesses, assisting them in business development and marketing strategies.
Renee is the founder of Sun Mountain Holistic Health, where she offers individual and group health counseling. Her practice is rooted in yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and somatic experiencing. She aims to provide integrated healthcare and trauma support through nutrition, lifestyle, and functional movement to empower individuals on their health journeys.
Renee’s dedication to service is deeply rooted in personal experience, as her family has encountered challenges related to both mental and physical health. This background fuels her passion for promoting health and happiness for all individuals.
As a native of Colorado, Renee finds solace in nature and loves outdoor activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing. She is a certified Wilderness First Responder. Additionally, Renee manages a small homestead in rural Colorado.
