Karina Meiklejohn joins The Headstrong Project as Managing Director of Revenue Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations and relationship management. In her role, Karina oversees database infrastructure for the Revenue team and optimizes fundraising processes and platforms to be both donor-centric and efficient.
Prior to joining THP, Karina worked as a Salesforce administrator and operations lead at global aid and higher education nonprofits and has experience as both an annual fund and major gifts officer, where she built relationships with donors and raised direct funds for impact-driven work. Leaning on this fundraising experience, she now develops strategies and system configurations that serve both organizational goals and the people using it daily.
Karina holds a Master of Public Administration with a Certificate in City Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Music Performance from Mansfield University. In her spare time, she enjoys almost every outdoor activity (except biking), reading, jigsaw puzzles, and convincing her toddler that coats and shoes are necessary apparel.
