Gregory Fishman is the Co-Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office. He represents public and private real estate companies, institutional investors, investment advisors, and financial institutions in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, ground leasing, financing, leasing and development across all property types, both domestically and internationally, including multi-family, student housing, office, medical office, seniors housing, self-storage, industrial, retail and hospitality.
Greg is a nationally recognized real estate lawyer and is individually ranked in Chambers USA, The Legal 500, and ILFR 1000. He is also a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Real Estate Practice which is a cornerstone of the firm and a recognized leader in the industry. Greg is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
A long-time advocate for Veteran’s rights, Greg has been an active participant in The Headstrong Project for nearly a decade and is honored to be a member of the Board.
