Paul Casey leads Citizens Wealth, which includes Citizens Wealth Management (mass affluent to high-net-worth clients) and Citizens Private Wealth (ultra-high-net-worth clients). Citizens Wealth is on a journey to be the wealth firm of choice for individuals, their families and businesses. Paul leads Wealth’s mission to seamlessly deliver holistic banking and wealth management solutions tailored to our clients’ financial journeys, now and for generations to come.
Paul joined Citizens in July 2024 to lead Wealth Management. Previously, he was with Morgan Stanley, where he served as Managing Director for the flagship New York City Private Wealth Management office, overseeing more than $90 billion in client assets. During his 20-year tenure, he held a broad range of leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Private Wealth Management, Executive Director of Private Wealth Management where he led the Strategy and Business Management efforts globally, and Vice President of the Product Development group for Global Wealth Management.
Paul has a track record of building great teams, creating a strong culture that attracts top-in-market talent and delivering market leading growth.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fordham University.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Marika and dog, Lani. Paul is active in the community and serves as Chairman of the Board for The Headstrong Project, a national nonprofit that provides PTSD treatment to veterans and their families. He is also a board member of the National Football Foundation: NYC Chapter and World Aquatics Foundation.
