An Evening with The Headstrong Project

Virginia Beach is home to one of the most active military communities in the country. It’s also where many veterans and service members are navigating the lasting effects of their service—too often without access to the mental health care they need. Our organization exists to change that.

The Headstrong Project provides confidential, cost-free, evidence-based PTSD treatment for veterans, service members, and their families—without waitlists, bureaucracy, or barriers to care. Our model is designed to move quickly, deliver high-quality care, and drive meaningful outcomes for those who have served.

In 2025 alone, Headstrong delivered care to more than 500 veterans and service members in Hampton Roads. Virginia Beach is the largest market we serve—reaching more military members here than in any other region nationwide.

This evening is an opportunity to see our mission up close.

Join us on the Great Lawn of the Historic Cavalier Hotel for a relaxed, meaningful gathering alongside fellow supporters, community leaders, and members of the military community. You’ll hear directly from Headstrong’s leadership and from local veterans whose lives have been changed through care.
