Why I joined Headstrong: I joined Headstrong because I am the proud daughter of a Marine
who severed in Vietnam. I am extremely honored to be part of an organization that provides
support for men and women like my dad. I also believe that my previous experience with grant
management will be valuable to the team as this organization continues to grow and reach more
veterans.

What I like most about Headstrong: I like that Headstrong is committed to supporting men
and women like my dad. These men and women are true heroes! I also really love that the
treatment is barrier-free, cost-free and supports not only veterans, but their families as well.
What I like to do in my spare time: I enjoy spending time with my husband Jimmy and my
three children, JW, Charlie and Lena. We spend a lot of time at baseball fields anywhere from
south Florida to North Dakota as both of my boys play on travel baseball teams. When we are
not at a baseball field, I love entertaining friends and family at my home in Tallahassee, Florida.
We also love being outdoors and enjoy hunting and fishing as a family.
