Headstrong is a 501c3 non-profit supported by grants, institutions and private donors to receive care for as long as needed.
The Headstrong Experience
We know that Arizona has a high concentration of military, veterans, and associated family members. While we have psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and counselors in physical locations in certain key cities/markets, telehealth services allow us to serve clients anywhere within the state. Both in-person and telehealth services are provided at no cost to Headstrong clients.
The organization covers all costs with the support of private donors to receive care for as long as needed. Headstrong also manages all paperwork on behalf of the veterans.
