Jameson McFadden is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Wellington Shields & Co LLC., where he oversees daily company operations, supervision of revenue-producing activities and firm policy, and the management of financial affairs.
Jameson began his career at Shields & Company, where he was employed between 2006 and 2010. In 2010, Shields & Co merged with HG Wellington to form Wellington Shields. He became Managing Director and President of Wellington Shields in 2017 and CEO in 2023.
Between 2009 and 2023, Jameson has been director of sales and marketing for Blue Quail, a wine label that he created for his family vineyard in Mendocino County, California. During this time, he built a 15-state distributor network and grew annual wine sales to 150,000 bottles as of 2023.
In 2021, Jameson joined the Board of Directors of Flowers Foods (FLO), the second largest baked foods company in the United States, where he serves on the Audit and Finance committees.
Jameson earned a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 2004 and an MBA in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2017. He serves on the Steering Committee of the American Museum of Natural History’s Junior Council. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hiking and travel. He resides in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter.
