RoseMary Estrada has worked in the medical field for nonprofit and profit organizations for over 18 years. Of those, 14 years have been in a manager role supporting different specialties from all ages in the capacity of inpatient and outpatient. In this role RoseMary was instrumental in the multiple process improvement events with successful transformation of streamlining workflows, increasing patient satisfaction, quality measure scores, maintaining compliance with Federal, State and third-party regulations and decreasing cost with medical and office supplies by creating standardization.
RoseMary earned her Bachelor’s degree and her Master’s from The University of Texas at Arlington in Social Work, specializing in mental health and substance abuse. RoseMary is a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas and is working towards her License Master Social Work. As part of her social work development she interned in a Sober Living Community assisting women with resources and community support during their wellbeing journey.
RoseMary is a proud mother of 4 amazing children. Her oldest daughter is an Army Veteran, and she is the wife to a 20-year Marine gunnery sergeant veteran. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with loved ones and go to the movies.
