Katya Musacchio joined the Headstrong team in April of 2021. As the organization’s Director of Business Operations, Katya provides support in the following areas: Human Resources, Finance and Operations. Katya works closely with Headstrong’s Deputy Director of Human Resources and Business Operations to ensure that the organizations day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.
Katya offers a diverse professional background with both management and clinical experience. She began her career in the private sector working overseas in marketing and advertising. In 2007 she made the decision to pursue mission-based work and joined One To World, Inc, a NYC-based international education non-profit where she served as the organization’s Deputy Director from 2011-2014. Most recently, Katya completed a Masters program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate (LPCA). Katya is passionate about combining both her administrative, leadership skills and her clinical background to support Headstrong’s mission.
Katya holds a BA from Bowdoin College in French literature and a MA in International Marketing from Sci Po in Paris, France. She received her MS from Southern CT State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her free time she enjoys yoga, spending time with her beloved Pug, Pasha, hiking, and traveling back to France to visit with friends and family.
